What Quik Win is and how it works
We are a browser-based casino. There is nothing to install, and the same account opens on a laptop or a phone.
You create one profile, fund one balance in euros, and every game in the lobby draws from that balance. Wins return to the same place. Withdrawals leave from the same place.
Real-money play
Stakes are real and outcomes are final. We are not a social or play-money site, and balances are not points.
Most titles also open in demo mode before you stake anything. Demo rounds pay nothing and cost nothing.
One account, one balance
We do not split your money into separate wallets per game type. A single euro balance covers slots, live tables and everything else.
Bonus funds, when you hold any, sit in a marked section of the same account. The interface shows which part is cash and which part carries conditions.
What the account page holds
- Balance and history — current funds, past deposits, past withdrawals, and settled game rounds.
- Payment settings — the methods you have saved and the one set as default.
- Verification — documents you have sent us and their current status.
- Bonuses — active offers, their conditions, and the progress made against them.
- Limits — deposit, loss and session controls, plus time-out and self-exclusion.
Who can register
You must be of legal gambling age where you live, and you may hold one account only. Duplicate accounts are closed when we find them, and funds are returned to source.
Loyalty levels and what regular players receive
Play on the site is tracked as loyalty progress. The more you stake over time, the higher the level attached to your account.
How progress is measured
Progress comes from settled real-money rounds. Demo play does not count, and cancelled or voided rounds do not count either.
Your current level and the distance to the next one appear in the account area. We do not ask you to claim progress by hand.
What a higher level changes
Levels affect the offers we send and the priority your requests receive. Higher tiers see personal offers rather than the standard rotation.
Some tiers also unlock a named account contact. That contact answers through the same support channels, not a separate app.
Bonus conditions
Every offer carries terms, and the terms sit next to the offer before you accept it. Read them first, because accepting a bonus changes how your balance behaves.
Typical conditions include a wagering requirement, a maximum stake while the bonus is active, and an expiry date on the offer. Games contribute to wagering at different rates, and the offer page states which.
A bonus is optional. You can decline any offer and keep playing with cash only, and no part of the site is closed to you for doing so.
Cashback and returns
Where a cashback offer is running, it is calculated from net losses over the stated period. It is credited to the same euro balance and shown in your bonus history.
Deposits and withdrawals in euros
All balances, stakes and payouts are held in euros. We do not convert your funds between currencies inside the account.
Method families we work with
Method family | Deposits | Withdrawals | Notes |
Bank cards | Yes | Yes | Payout returns to the card used for the deposit. |
E-wallets | Yes | Yes | The wallet must be registered in your own name. |
Bank transfer | Yes | Yes | Suited to larger movements; your bank sets its own processing rules. |
Prepaid vouchers | Yes | No | Deposit only, so payouts route to another saved method. |
The exact methods shown at the cashier depend on your country and on the payment partners available to it. The cashier lists only what you can actually use.
Making a deposit
- Open the cashier from the account menu and choose Deposit.
- Pick a method family and enter the amount in euros.
- Confirm the payment with your bank, wallet or voucher provider.
- Return to the lobby once the provider confirms the transaction.
Funds are credited once the payment provider confirms them to us. If a deposit shows as taken but the balance does not move, contact support with the payment reference.
Requesting a withdrawal
Withdrawals start in the same cashier. You choose a saved method, enter an amount, and confirm.
We review the request, then send it to the payment provider. After that point the arrival time depends on the provider and your bank, not on us.
Two conditions apply before a payout is released. Your account must be verified, and any active bonus conditions must be settled or the bonus given up.
Fees and currency
We do not add a charge of our own to standard deposits or withdrawals. Your bank or wallet may still apply its own fee, and currency conversion on their side is outside our control.
Reaching our support team
Support answers through live chat and email. Both go to the same team, so you do not need to repeat a case across channels.
Live chat
Live chat opens from the icon in the corner of any page. Logged-in users reach an agent faster, because the account is already identified.
Email suits cases that need documents or a long history. Write from the address registered on the account, or we cannot discuss the account with you.
What to include in a first message
- The email address on your account.
- What you were doing when the problem appeared.
- The payment reference, if the case concerns money.
- The game name and round, if the case concerns a bet.
- A screenshot, where one shows the problem clearly.
Cases with those details are usually settled in one exchange. Cases without them take several messages before anyone can look at anything.
Fair play, account checks and data protection
Fair play covers three separate mechanisms. Results are produced independently of us, identity is confirmed once, and account details are stored under encryption.
How results are produced
Game outcomes come from the random number generator built into each title by its studio. We cannot alter a result, and neither can an agent.
Live dealer rounds are decided at a physical table and streamed to you. Every round is recorded on the studio's side and can be reviewed after a dispute.
Account verification
Verification confirms that the account belongs to you and that the payment method is yours. It protects your funds if someone else gets your password.
We may ask for proof of identity, proof of address and proof of payment ownership. Send clear, uncropped copies, since blurred corners are the usual reason a check is repeated.
Your data
Personal details and payment data travel over an encrypted connection. Card numbers are handled by the payment provider, and we do not store the full number.
You may ask what we hold on you and request correction of anything wrong. Support routes those requests to the team that handles them.
Game categories in the Quik Win lobby
The lobby is sorted by category, and every category has its own filter and search. Five categories cover the full library.
Category | What it contains | Suits players who want |
Slots | Reel games with fixed lines, ways-to-win layouts and bonus rounds. | Short rounds and a wide stake range. |
Live casino | Real dealers streamed from a studio, played against a running clock. | A table pace and a human dealer. |
Table games | Software versions of card and wheel games, played solo. | To set their own pace with no other players. |
Jackpot titles | Slots with a prize pool that grows across many players. | A long-odds prize on top of normal play. |
Instant games | Scratch cards, dice and other single-action rounds. | A result in one click, with no bonus rounds. |
Slots
Slots make up the largest part of the lobby. They differ by volatility, by reel layout and by the type of bonus feature.
Each title carries an information panel with its rules, its paytable and its return figure. Open that panel before staking, not after.
Live casino
Live tables run on a schedule set by the studio, and seats are limited on some of them. Bets close when the dealer says so.
Table games
Software tables run one round at a time, with no waiting on other players. Stake ranges are usually wider than at live tables.
Finding a game
Search by title if you know what you want. Otherwise filter by category, then sort the results and open a title in demo mode first.
Player protection tools in your account
Gambling is entertainment paid for out of spare money. It is not income, and it is not a way to recover a loss.
Tools you can switch on
- Deposit limits — a ceiling on what you can pay in per day, week or month.
- Loss limits — a ceiling on net losses over the same periods.
- Session reminders — a notice showing how long you have been playing.
- Time-out — a short break during which the account cannot be used.
- Self-exclusion — a long break that also stops our marketing to you.
How limit changes are applied
A tighter limit takes effect at once. A looser limit waits out a cooling-off period, so a decision made mid-session cannot be undone in that session.
Signs worth acting on
Staking money set aside for something else is a warning sign. So is playing to win back a loss, or hiding how much time you spend here.
If any of that fits, set a limit or take a time-out first, then talk to a support agent. Free help is available from independent organisations that work with problem gambling.
Quik Win FAQ
Do I need to install anything to play?
No. The site runs in a mobile or desktop browser, and your account carries across both.
Can I try games without staking money?
Most slots and table games open in demo mode. Live dealer tables and jackpot titles are real-money only.
What currency is my account held in?
Balances, stakes and payouts are in euros. We do not convert between currencies inside the account.
Why has my withdrawal not been released?
The two usual reasons are unfinished verification and an active bonus with conditions still open. The cashier shows which one applies.
Do you charge a fee on payments?
We add no charge of our own. Your bank, card issuer or wallet may apply a fee under its own terms.
Can I have more than one account?
No. One person holds one account, and duplicates are closed with funds returned to source.
How do I stop playing for a while?
Set a time-out or a self-exclusion from the limits section of your account. Support can apply it for you if you prefer.
Opening your account
Registration takes an email address, a password and a few personal details. Nothing else is required to reach the lobby.
- Register, then confirm the email address we send you.
- Set a deposit limit before your first payment, while the decision is easy.
- Fund the balance in euros through the cashier.
- Send verification documents early, so a payout is never waiting on them.
- Open a title in demo mode, then switch to real stakes when you are ready.
Play with money you can afford to lose, and stop when the session stops being entertainment. Support is there if anything on the account needs a human.
